How to purchase
As you browse through our catalog you can add items you would like
to purchase to your shopping cart. To view the contents of your
cart at any time, simply click on shopping cart at the top of
any page.
You can always modify product quantities or delete products from the
shopping cart page at any time. To modify the quantity, select the number you want and
click the update button.
To complete your purchase, click on
the checkout button on the shopping cart page. The secure
order form will ask for your billing information. Shortly after completing your order you will receive an email verifying the quantity of each item
ordered, total purchase amount and address where the order will be shipped. If
there are any mistakes in this confirmation please email us back immediately to correct them before the order is
shipped.
Shipping
All orders will be shipped within 48 hours of receiving them. All orders will be shipped UPS ground unless otherwise requested.
To request expedited shipping, please ask for this in the order
form's comments field. UPS ground ships in 2 to 7 days, depending
on your location (we are located on the east coast).
Please note: the shopping
cart will display the costs for shipping UPS ground within the continental
United States. If you
requested expedited shipping, or are placing an international
order (from outside the continental United States), shipping charges may
be greater. If this is the case, we will contact you with the
exact shipping charges to get your approval before shipping your
order.
Changing/canceling orders
To cancel or make changes to an existing order please call customer service toll free at
1-800-926-0331. Changes or cancellations can only be made prior to
shipping the order. Please note that we generally ship orders within
48 hours of receipt.
Returns
Return requests should be made within 5 business days of receipt of
goods. Call customer service at 1-800-926-0331.
Security 
All online transactions at Bamboula Ltd. are handled with industry-standard SSL
and PGP encryption. These are the standards for secure online
ordering. For extra protection of our customer's billing information we do
not keep credit card numbers on record.
We take credit card fraud very seriously at
Bamboula Ltd. When we receive an order, our address verification software matches the credit card number to the name, complete address and zip code of the
cardholder. If there is any discrepancy the card is not charged and the customer is notified to resolve the
situation.
You can rest assured that not only are we committed to preventing credit card fraud and protecting
information you submit while shopping with us, but we also do everything in our power to prevent the
attempted use of stolen credit cards on our site.
